about court

I was born, but not completely raised, in the Pacific Northwest. Moving state to state as a child allowed me to experience things I otherwise wouldn’t have grown to appreciate if I’d been raised in just one place. Though I’ll forever consider Portland, Oregon home, I value those moving experiences because they’ve enabled me to not get too attached to places.  I’m able to make anywhere feel like home, and can quickly adapt to change.

That being said, through all these changes fashion and design stayed major interests of mine for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been drawn to older, vintage items and style. Reusing or adapting things that already exists just makes sense to me. Why create more clutter? Over the years those interests evolved specifically into being passionate about classic styles, pleasing design, strong compositions, and photography.

Combining a creative environment with passionate people and gratifying work would be the formula for my ideal workplace. The feeling of accomplishment and being proud of yourself and work is very important to me. Collaborating with others who feel the same way inspires me to push my own designs and motivates me to work harder.

My mission as a marketer is to develop long-term industry relationships, focus on community marketing, and find ways to integrate sustainable practices, even in the smallest aspect of a business.
